There are two versions of each workout you can choose from. Full length follow along Workouts & Instructional click throughs. If you want to follow on a TV, follow along with a new workout each day like this. This demonstration is just a 5 minute portion of a longer workout.

If you want to workout outside or not follow along on a TV, click through on a mobile device which gives your protocol and move through the workout.  Below is a demo of mobile access. You can also access on tablets an computers! Additionally, get a workout tracker!
